Delaware North Sportservice is hiring part-time Line Cooks to join our team at Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing dishes according to recipes and the chef’s specifications.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
• Ability to move rapidly and coordinate multiple orders
• Exposure to variable temperatures

• Follow the assignments for opening and closing procedures, as well as food production
• Prepare food and beverage products following recipe guidelines, using proper preparation techniques, and sanitation guidelines
• Set up and operate kitchen equipment
• Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, and sufficiently stocked
