We’re a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant in the heart of downtown Toronto, known for our poetic atmosphere, elevated bar food, and commitment to quality. We’re looking for passionate, driven, and reliable Line Cooks to join our growing kitchen team.

• Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety standards
• Execute dishes in a timely manner while working collaboratively with other cooks and kitchen staff
• Assist with inventory, prep lists, and daily cleaning tasks
• Bring positive energy, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
