PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Kitchen skills: Prior experience with food preparation techniques and food safety practices in a restaurant.

• Service skills: Previous experience with restaurant service or another customer service role.

• Craft beer expertise: A passion for craft beer and familiarity with various styles to provide informed recommendations.
• Leadership Experience: We have some upcoming leadership opportunities in the Kitchen and Front of House, so there is opportunity for advancement if you are a suitable fit.

AS A PART OF THE DRAKE TEAM, YOU’LL PLAY A KEY ROLE IN ENSURING EVERY GUEST HAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, FROM THE MOMENT THEY WALK IN TO THE MOMENT THEY LEAVE. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Mixed role: Full-time staff are cross-trained to work shifts in both the kitchen and front of house, creating a strong, supportive, and dynamic team.

• In the kitchen: Assist with food preparation and cooking, ensuring every dish meets our high standards.

• In the front of house: Welcome guests, take orders, prepare drinks, deliver food, and provide recommendations on our rotating menu and craft beer selections.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with a small, dedicated team in a fast-paced, fun environment where everyone supports one another.
