Description Job Summary: Responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Meets all property and industry related health and safety guidelines to support the well-being of guests, team members, and the local community. Job Duties: Participate in pre-shift, and post-shift, meetings. Prepare ingredients and prepare menu items according to quality standards. Set-up and stock work station with necessary ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and work area, including stations and equipment. Handle food orders in a timely and organized manner. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures. Work collaboratively with other kitchen, and front of house, team members. Demonstrates a positive attitude, and maintains a professional appearance. Clean and close down equipment or station at the end of service. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous restaurant service experience preferred. Ability to communicate with team members in a professional manner. Understanding of food preparation methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Ability to learn safety, emergency, and accident prevention policies and procedures. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
