Description JOB SUMMARY Wolf by Vanderpump is opening this winter atop Caesars Republic Scottsdale — a rooftop restaurant and bar from global hospitality icon Lisa Vanderpump. With bold design, theatrical energy, and globally inspired dishes, the space is built to impress from every angle. As a Line Cook, you’ll bring precision, speed, and creativity to every plate. This is a high-volume, high-expectation kitchen where attention to detail matters and teamwork drives the pace. WHAT YOU’LL DO Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe standards and presentation guidelines Set up and stock stations with all necessary ingredients and tools Execute prep tasks quickly and accurately during both opening and closing shifts Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station and overall kitchen Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and leadership to keep flow consistent and service smooth Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols at all times Work with urgency and pride in a fast-paced, high-energy rooftop environment Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel WHAT YOU BRING Previous experience as a line cook in a high-volume, upscale restaurant Strong knife skills, station organization, and a sense of urgency Ability to stay calm under pressure and focused during peak service Clear communication and a team-first mindset — you’ve got each other’s backs Passion for quality ingredients, consistent execution, and culinary craft Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and rooftop service hours JOIN HCW HOSPITALITY At HCW Hospitality, we create incredible experiences for every guest, every time.
