Responsibilities

The Broil Cook is responsible for mastering the cooking of legendary steaks, which includes understanding proper cooking temperatures, meat seasoning, searing, and grilling techniques. This role also requires adherence to proper safety and sanitation guidelines and understanding equipment and prep sheets.
