Line Cooks work at all BMR F&B Outlets based on business need. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Cooking and preparing all menu items in accordance with standards set by the lead cook and Executive Chef Stocking and maintaining sufficient levels of food on the line Food preparation and portioning prior to service Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment Able to work in a fast-paced environment on your feet for several hours at a time. Ability to receive and carry out instructions and critical feedback. QualificationsJob Qualifications: Experience in full-service restaurant is desired but we will train the right candidate Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment Task-driven individual Other Requirements: Ability to lift and carry 60lbs Ability to stand for duration of 10+ hour shift References required Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
