Description
We are seeking responsible, self-sufficient people to fill our line cook position. Full or Part-Time available. Tuesdays-Saturdays  Responsibilities & duties include: * arriving as scheduled, ready to work * preparing your designated station for dinner service with all necessary supplies (equipment as well as food - requiring chopping vegetables, cutting meat & preparing sauces * Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff (if applicable) * Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions * Clean up station and take care of leftover food * Stock inventory appropriately * Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards Skills * Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within restaurant or food industry settings * Knife skills for efficient ingredient prep and food handling * Knowledge of menu planning and culinary techniques * Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices * Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail * Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment Join our team for the reopening of 333 Belrose!
