Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Must have a MINIMUM of 3 years experience as a pasta cook in a fast paced Italian Restaurant
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
  • MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK 5 EVENINGS A WEEK (Mandatory)
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
  • Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
