Description

OVERVIEW

The Acres is an elevated pub restaurant and bar - a destination location serving fried chicken sandwiches, seasonal salads, smashburgers, and smoked wings. We smoke our own bacon, wings, pork, and chicken. The menu rotates through the season with sauces, dressings, and most everything made in house in a scratch kitchen.
Terrific opportunity for someone looking to grow with a start-up or someone looking to hone skills to run their own restaurant one day. Or, just someone who loves working in a kitchen with high quality individuals. Our lean staff comprises a head chef who has been in the industry for 20 years and is willing to train or teach a high quality individual.
As a Line Cook or Assistant Chef, you will play a crucial role in food preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a love for the culinary arts, we want to hear from you.
