EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with other kitchen staff effectively.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to proper food handling techniques.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock is low.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Participate in menu planning and development by providing input on new dishes.
