JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is required.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual accountability.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with other kitchen staff effectively.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle food safely and efficiently, adhering to proper food handling techniques.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock is low.
- Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
- Participate in menu planning and development by providing input on new dishes.
