We make amazing tea cocktails, great food and we are looking for people who share our passion in the whole experience and want to learn and master it all.
This isn’t your simple “highball” establishment, we develop high level Chefs and Mixologists who are passionate and driven to CREATE!
3-5 day shifts per week
Starting Compensation - $15.80 / hr
Plus tip share - avg $8.50 / hr

KITCHEN CLOSER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to work independently and problem-solve.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High standards of cleanliness
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work evening/late night hours, including weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and carry heavy items in a fast-paced, exciting and challenging environment.

Responsibilities
  • Managing the organisational aspects of the line, such as keeping the line organised and clean.
  • Enforcing quality and safety controls.
  • Managing the kitchen prep and organisation so the evening team is set for success.
  • Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
  • Working with diverse personalities both on the staff and patrons.
  • Diffusing tense situations between patrons or staff members to prevent possible safety or legal issues, ejecting unruly persons, if needed.
  • Maintaining a fun, safe atmosphere for patrons.
