Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour - pay range is based off of experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking several full-time professional Line Cooks to join our team. Positions are available for day, night, and weekend shifts. We are looking for individuals who can commit to working throughout the season and continue into the off-season.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL:

• 2 years of restaurant experience required

• Set up and break down the line stations
• Prepare and cook all necessary menu items
• Execute seasonal menus
• Maintain prompt and consistent attendance
• Exhibit a positive attitude and work well within a team
• Adhere to food safety standards
• Contribute creativity in helping create daily specials
• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations
• Clean and cut ingredients for main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks
• Plate prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance
• Collaborate with servers to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
• Wash and clean kitchen utensils and store equipment at the end of shifts
• Ensure kitchen operations and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
