Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Line Cook/Culinary Leader to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of food preparation and cooking, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items with precision, creativity, and consistency.
• Lead food preparation activities, ensuring timely delivery of dishes during service hours.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold cleanliness standards.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and restaurant procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management to minimize waste.
• Uphold the restaurant’s commitment to quality by checking dishes before they leave the kitchen.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques.
• Excellent skills in meal preparation and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to lead a team and coordinate with front-of-house staff.
• Experience with serving guests’ needs in a hospitality setting is highly valued.
• A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
