LINE COOK – COLD STATION (MINIMUM 4 YEARS’ EXPERIENCE)

We are looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team, focusing on our hot station. Any resumes with less than 4 years will not be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a professional kitchen, ideally with Middle Eastern or Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Strong knife skills and attention to detail, especially in preparing salads, garnishes, and mezze.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently while taking direction.
  • A genuine passion for food and commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
