OVERVIEW

Angler’s Dining Room at Dolphin’s Resort is seeking experienced and eager line cooks to join our team of industry professionals!
Dolphin’s delivers fresh, vibrant Canadian cuisine that’s celebrates quality proteins, fresh produce and international flavours.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in performance kitchens
  • Have a passion for food and feed off the buzz of a busy restaurant
  • Have experience in the kitchen but are hungry to learn more and develop your skills
  • Team player and a great communicator
  • Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling
  • Enjoy working with premium, local ingredients
  • Energetic with passion for food and positive outlook
  • Able to follow oral and written instructions
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience as a line cook – grilling, frying, sauteing chopping etc.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

  • Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in meal preparation for special events or catering orders
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols
