  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Ensure food is cooked to the highest quality and presented properly before serving
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
  • Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating kitchen supplies and ingredients
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy shifts
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages to the chef or manager
  • Assist with prep work, portioning, and setting up stations before service
  • Adhere to timing and consistency to support a positive dining experience for customers
