Position Summary Line Cooks support daily kitchen operations by preparing high-quality food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and executing dishes to established standards. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced culinary setting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Assist with food prep, station setup, and service execution Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, tools, and equipment Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards Work collaboratively with kitchen team members Support à la carte service, banquets, and special events as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable kitchen position and setting Working knowledge of kitchen operations, tools, and equipment Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day) Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn Compensation & Benefits Full-time and part-time positions available.
