DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: - COOK ALL SAUTE ITEMS TO MENU EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS. - COMPLETE OR ASSIST WITH GRILL AND FRY DUTIES AS APPLICABLE. - ENSURE PROPER TIMING AND CONSISTENCY BY COMMUNICATING WITH GRILL AND FRY AS APPLICABLE. - PRESENT FOOD IN WINDOW FOR FOH DELIVERY MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND CONSISTENCY AT ALL TIMES. AM SPECIFIC DUITES/RESPONSIBILITIES - STOCK/RE-STOCK HOT LINE ITEMS AS APPLICABLE/MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE LABELED PM SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES - STOCK/RE-STOCK HOT LINE ITEMS AS APPLICABLE/MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE LABELED - CHECK FOIL UNDER SAUTE AND SALIMANDOR AND CHANGE AS NEEDED. - PULL SAUTE BLOCKS AND SOAK ONCE WEEKLY. HALF ON ONE DAY, HALF THE NEXT. - COMPLETE REMAINING DAILY/WEEKLY CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. REFERENCE CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE IF NEEDED.
