JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. EXPERIENCE

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary.
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality.
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety protocols.
