OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Join our team! Our Tiara Hospitality group operates upscale casual concepts in Vancouver, Chilliwack & Winnipeg. Our operations focus on scratch kitchens and providing true hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations within the food industry. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our meals are prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in food service or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in food handling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
  • A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new skills in meal preparation.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
