Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation
  • Assist in meal preparation and food handling, adhering to food safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace and equipment
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages
  • Follow proper serving techniques and ensure all dishes are served at the correct temperature
