Led by chef Antonio Park, Restaurant Park stands as a pillar of excellence within the Montreal gastronomic scene since 2014, by transforming traditional Japanese and Korean cuisine by weaving North and South American essence into every dish.
We are currently looking for experienced sushi chefs where you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, ensuring that our vision is met with precision and excellence.

RESPONSABILITIES :

  • Help with food prep
  • Ensure freshness of products
  • Ability to expertly cut and slice different types of fish and meat
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations
  • Assist in inventory management
  • Prepare various dishes by following the recipe and by taking into account customer preferences
  • line cook experience preferable
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of professionalism and organization under pressure
  • Collaborate with the team to respond to customer requests
  • Strong teamwork and clear communication skills

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Previous experience in asian food preparation
  • Ability to work quickly while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment

    Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
