POSITION SUMMARY
As a vital member of our culinary team, the Line Cook plays a crucial role in supporting our Sous Chef and ensuring the seamless operation of our pastry kitchen. Reporting directly to the Sous Chef, you’ll assist in the preparation and execution of a wide array of delectable desserts and pastries. Your responsibilities will include assisting with recipe preparation, cooking, plating, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation are consistently met. Additionally, you’ll contribute to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations, and collaborating closely with other kitchen staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our guests.
