Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Griller to join our back-of-house team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, takes pride in delivering consistent quality, and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook/Griller, you will be responsible for preparing grilled menu items to perfection, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and grill meats, poultry, vegetables, and other items according to recipe specifications.
  • Ensure proper cooking techniques and food presentation standards are followed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized grill station at all times.
  • Monitor food temperatures to ensure safe cooking and holding standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, including safe food handling and storage.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grill equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a griller or line cook in a commercial kitchen.
  • Valid Food Handling Certification is required.
  • Strong knowledge of grilling techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume service periods.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
