JOB OVERVIEW:

We are currently hiring a full-time Line Cook who is experienced, dependable, and passionate about food. This position is ideal for someone who’s looking to grow within a professional kitchen and is ready to be trained into a Chef de Partie role within three months, based on performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Secondary school education (required)
• At least 2 years of cooking experience in a professional kitchen (required)
• English proficiency preferred

• Prepare and cook dishes to spec and standard
• Assist in daily prep and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Follow all food handling and hygiene procedures
• Contribute to smooth kitchen operations during service
• Support and learn from senior kitchen staff
• Participate in inventory and stock rotation as needed
• Help onboard and support new team members
