Description Job Summary: We are seeking seasoned Line Cooks with a strong fine dining or high-end steakhouse background to join our kitchen team full time. This role is for professionals who take ownership of their station, execute with precision, and hold themselves and their teammates to high standards. The Role Execute all menu items at your station with consistency, speed, and accuracy Demonstrate working knowledge of all stations to support the team during service Maintain impeccable standards of organization, cleanliness, and food safety Execute prep, service, and closing responsibilities without supervision Communicate clearly and professionally in a high-volume, high-expectation environment Take pride in your craft and contribute to a culture of accountability and excellence What you’ll get from us: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available for all fulltime employees (30 hours per week or more).
