Join the team of the newest restaurant in Yountville, Clementine!🍊   JOB SUMMARY: We’re opening a fresh and exciting new restaurant in Yountville, and we’re looking for skilled, dedicated Line Cooks to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you’ll be at the heart of our kitchen, responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to perfection, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring that every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment alongside a passionate team, creating dishes that celebrate the finest local ingredients and the unique flavors of Napa Valley.    ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prepare, cook, and plate menu items to exact specifications, ensuring consistency and quality throughout each shift * Set up and stock your station with all necessary ingredients and tools before each shift begins * Maintain proper portion control, presentation, and food safety standards * Work closely with other line cooks and kitchen staff to coordinate timing and ensure smooth service * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations * Assist with daily prep work and keep your station clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service * Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining room * Take responsibility for maintaining and cleaning your station, including equipment and utensils * Be proactive in supporting the team during busy service periods, ensuring that each dish is delivered on time and to standard   REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Line Cook or in a fast-paced, professional kitchen * Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment * Ability to work efficiently and stay organized under pressure * Strong attention to detail, particularly with food quality and presentation * Positive attitude, a team-player mentality, and a passion for food * Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs * Valid California Food Handler Certification     The Estate Yountville offers an attractive compensation and benefits package and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.   The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
