Greys River Resort RV Park Position: COOK (Part Time / Full Time)   We believe attention to detail and giving our clients the best possible experience is something to be proud of. We are searching for a knowledgeable and passionate cook who wants to join a team with a strong sense of comradery, support and hard work, willing to help ensure food is prepared properly and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way. If you have cooking experience, are detailed-oriented, and can take direction well, please apply. Responsibilities - Daily prep and proper management of food - Daily cleaning, sanitation, organization and storage of all kitchen equipment and utensils - Receiving new stock with proper rotation of all old stock - Prep list development - Executing all hot/cold food properly and in a timely fashion - Maintaining dish room in a sanitary fashion including washing, sanitizing, putting dishes away sweeping and mopping. - Work in kitchen with team on daily tasks - All other duties assigned   Requirements - Basic kitchen knowledge, able to read and follow recipes as well as recipe development, knife skills, sanitation and proper kitchen etiquette - Ability to take direction and constructive criticism from supervisors - Ability to look ahead and develop prep tasks for same day and following day duties - Strong organization and ability to multi-task - Ability to work effectively on a team - Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress, and hot environment with other team members - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Flexible and able to work Sunday through Saturday am or pm scheduling pending  
Responsibilities
Responsible for daily food preparation, cooking hot and cold dishes, and managing kitchen sanitation. Duties include stock rotation, prep list development, and maintaining a clean dish room.
