Maui Brewing Company Waikiki is looking to grow our BOH team with experienced Line Cooks who are positive, outgoing, and fun! As a vital part of our restaurant, the ideal candidate will be someone who is friendly, reliable, quick, organized and can follow safety and sanitation standards.  We are currently hiring for our PM shift only, which starts at 5pm to 12:30/1am. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of line cook experience who’s ready to build their skills and grow in a fast-paced, team-focused kitchen. If you master your station, prove you are reliable and show consistency, you can move up to Line Cook II and Line Cook I role. Summary of Job Responsibilities: * Work designated station and prepare menu items to company standards * Follow prep lists and recipes with accuracy * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines * Use and maintain kitchen equipment properly * Communicate and work well with teammates and chefs * Be on time, ready to work, and willing to learn * Learn and support other stations as needed  Summary of Qualifications: * At least 6 months of prep experience and at least 1 year of line cook experience * Experience with at least one of the following stations (Fry, Oven, Grill, Saute, Pantry, Pizza) * Good time management and attention to detail * Positive attitude and ability to follow direction * Able to stand, walk, bend, and use hands throughout the shift * Can lift and carry up to 50 lbs * Comfortable working in hot, cold, and fast-paced environments * Follows safety standards (cut gloves, non-slip shoes, etc.) * Reliable and able to work scheduled shifts If you're interested in joining our team, please review our full job description in the attachment and click on "apply" in the right corner.
