Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including equipment and utensils.
  • Assist with meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients as needed.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling and storage of all food products.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to the kitchen manager.
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
