What You’ll Do Execute high-volume plating and preparation with speed, precision, and presentation standards. Follow recipes to ensure consistency in taste and appearance across salads, sandwiches, burgers, and more. Read and prioritize tickets; adapt to modifications quickly and accurately. Maintain high standards of food safety, storage, and sanitation protocols. Uphold kitchen cleanliness at all times—work surfaces, equipment, and common areas. Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver efficient, quality service. Flex into roles across stations (hot line, cold side, prep, etc.) as needed. Remain calm and professional during peak and event-driven periods. We’re Looking For You If You Have Prior kitchen or line cook experience in fast-paced environments. Strong multitasking, timing, and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety and cooking best practices (temps, sanitation, HM/GMP, etc.). A positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and readiness to learn and cross-train. Availability flexible across days, nights, and weekends.
