QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1 year of kitchen work experience; experience in Asian cuisine is preferred
• Good understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
• Able to work under pressure efficiently and stand for a long period

• Prepare and cook authentic Chinese, Japanese, and Thai dishes following established recipes and quality standards
• Consistently ensure the presentation and taste of all meals meet restaurant expectations
• Customize and adapt dishes to accommodate special customer requests and dietary needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service staff to coordinate timely and efficient meal preparation and delivery
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies, proactively communicating inventory needs to management
• Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
