The Boulevard Restaurant & Lounge in Red Deer, Alberta is looking for a Part-Time/Full Time Line Cook/Kitchen Helper.

• Ideal candidate will have experience cooking on line as well as prep and banquet experience
• Candidate MUST be able to work weekends and holidays
• Replenishing line when necessary
• Prepare proper food quantities based on forecasted occupancy
• Understand and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, cooking methods, portion sizes, and quality standards
• Ensure work station area is kept clean and organized, following safety/sanitation policies and processes of the company
• Monitor the quality and consistency of all food
• Assist with other kitchen operations as needed and directed
• Maintain food at proper temperatures and follow standards
• Set up, restock, and maintain food preparation areas
• Prepare foods in accordance with working menus and recipes
• Have a passion for service, positive energy, being a part of a great team, and preparing great food
