Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Support cooks and chefs during meal service by preparing ingredients and ensuring that all necessary items are readily available.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
  • Help with serving meals to customers or staff as needed.
  • Participate in inventory management by assisting with stock rotation and reporting any shortages or issues to the kitchen manager.
