JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality food in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities
  • Food products are prepared by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
  • Cooks food items by frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
  • Cleans and sanitizes cooking and preparation surfaces.
  • Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
  • Performing opening and closing duties.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Collaborating with the front staff for prompt and correct delivery of orders.
  • Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Perform tasks assigned by the Manager on Duty.
  • Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
