Experience:

  • Cooking: 2 years (required
Responsibilities
  • Main role, Prepare Italian dishes on the line
  • Maintain inventory and record of food, supplies and equipment
  • Follow Nonna Angelas Italian recipes and portion guidelines
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
  • Assist with food receiving and storing deliveries
  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
  • Thrives in high-pressure environment
  • Strong communication skills
    Terms of Employment: Full time (must be available days, evenings & weekends)
    Experience: Previous experience (min. 2 year) is required
    Education: High school education or previous work experience in a professional kitchen.
    Credentials: Red Seal certification or apprenticeship program
    Essentials : Speak English, Read English, Write English, Reading text
    Work Setting: Restaurant Kitchen Line, Production Kitchen.
