La Brezza is one of Calgary’s most established Italian restaurants, known for authentic recipes and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for an enthusiastic Line Cook to join our kitchen team and help us deliver high-quality dishes to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar role (preferred)
• Strong prep and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for Italian cuisine is a strong asset

• Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Complete daily prep tasks (chopping, portioning, sauces, stocks, etc.)
• Ensure stations are clean, stocked, and ready for service
• Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth and efficient kitchen operations
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
