Job Details Job Location: Truckee, CA 96161 Position Type: Seasonal Salary Range: $25.00 - $30.00 Hourly Lahontan is a private golf community located in Truckee, California. Control breakfast line Handle the Camp kitchen activities Strong background in sanitation Food prep, presentation and storage knowledge Ability to work in a fast paced environment Remain flexible and available for cross training Additional responsibilities will be required Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities
The line cook will control the breakfast line and handle camp kitchen activities. Additional responsibilities include food preparation, presentation, and maintaining sanitation standards.
