JOB DESCRIPTION

Legendary Hospitality in the heart of Downtown Halifax are looking for Line Cooks to join our culinary teams. We are looking for passionate hard working individuals to join our back of house teams across our downtown venues. Our core values are focused around the people we employ and the customers we serve and we are looking for like-minded individuals.

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
• Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
• Cooks food items by various cooking methods to specified recipes and standards
• Have a thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menus
• Have a thorough knowledge specials or promotions
• Adhere to all health and safety policies and food safety policies
• Responsible to maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
