Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of items, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure proper preparation and safety.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, including equipment and utensils.
  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for meal service, including marinating meats and chopping vegetables.
  • Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service efficiently.
  • Help train new kitchen staff on grilling techniques and food safety practices as needed.
