Requirements Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour plus competitive tip pool Line Cook Responsibilities: Receive inventory Organize and clean kitchen Wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce Execute recipes using various machines and utensils from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas and whisks Maintain work area in clean and safe way Cook food over hot flame equipment in a timely and excellent manner Use a deep fryer Line Cook Qualifications: Able to speak primary language of the kitchen Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds Must work with sense of urgency Must have a positive attitude Able to effectively problem solve able to effectively problem solve Able to meet deadline Able to analyze information PM22
Responsibilities
Line Cooks are responsible for receiving inventory, organizing and cleaning the kitchen, preparing produce, and executing recipes using various equipment. They must also cook food over hot flame equipment in a timely manner and maintain a clean, safe work area.
