A luxurious boutique hotel with 18- guest rooms that blends the soul of a historic inn with modern decor and amenities, along with our fine dining restaurant, patio and wine bar. As a Line Cook at our prestigious Relais & Châteaux and Forbes-rated property, you will be part of a culinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will prepare and execute high-quality dishes with precision, creativity, and consistency, adhering to the highest standards of luxury hospitality. (Please note: We do not sponsor or employ individuals for this position who are employed under another location’s H-2B visa program. This role is not eligible as a second job for individuals currently employed under an H-2B visa elsewhere, as such employment would not be authorized under federal visa regulations.) Requirements You own this if you have… Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel kitchen. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred. Familiarity with Forbes Five-Star and Relais & Châteaux standards. Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passion for culinary excellence and hospitality.
