Description We are looking for a full time Line Cook that will grow and expand our food program. This position is ideally suited to a cook interested in taking a next step in their culinary journey. As a Line Cook at Pali Wine Co. Outpost - Anaheim, your job includes all culinary activities and will include but not be held to the following duties: Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth, efficient service. Create and follow daily prep lists and ensure all ingredients are ready for service. Cooking and plating dishes to order with promptness, consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Monitoring inventory and ensuring adequate stock of ingredients and supplies. Help with menu production and work with GM to train staff on menu items and suggest wine pairings. Develop new recipes. Creativity is a paramount ability. Monitor quality, quantity and pricing of all products received; make appropriate decisions/modifications when needed. Regulate safe practices of employees. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Managing kitchen waste and supporting sustainability efforts. Ensure optimal level of food quality and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times. Responsibilities
The Line Cook will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and will be responsible for cooking and plating dishes to order. They will also monitor inventory, help with menu production, and ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
