RESPONSIBILITIES: Consistently follow signature recipes, specifications, and culinary standards to deliver high-quality, beautifully prepared dishes. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional line station that supports consistent execution and an exceptional guest experience. Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism, teamwork, and pride in your work while supporting and encouraging fellow team members. Use opening and closing checklists to ensure each station is fully prepared for service and properly reset at the end of every shift. Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines, including accurate completion of required logs and documentation. Ensure proper product rotation, storage, and restocking using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to maintain freshness and quality. REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation. Experience with high-volume or quantity food preparation preferred. Ability to demonstrate strong cooking skills and follow established menus and recipes accurately. Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
