JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in other kitchen roles within the food industry.
  • Familiarity with dietary department operations or dietary aide experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Experience in fine dining establishments is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Previous restaurant or culinary experience preferred, along with meal preparation skills.
