As we prepare for our busy season, we’re seeking an experienced Line Cook who is ready to step into a key role on the line and contribute immediately to a high-performing kitchen team. This is not a beginner position. We are looking for someone who already understands the rhythm of service, can confidently manage a station, and takes pride in executing consistently at a high level. What You’ll Do Run and maintain a designated station during service with consistency and attention to detail Execute prep for both our Tasting Room menus and private/banquet events Work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen while maintaining strong standards of quality and presentation Support seasonal menu execution using fresh, local ingredients Contribute to a professional, team-driven kitchen culture What We’re Looking For 2+ years of professional line experience in a high-volume kitchen Ability to confidently manage a station from prep through service Strong knife skills and understanding of proper cooking techniques Comfort working clean, organized, and efficiently under pressure Experience with farm-to-table, seasonal, or scratch kitchens preferred Availability for weekends and evenings (events often extend into night hours) We will train you on our systems, standards, and menus — but we’re looking for someone who arrives with a solid culinary foundation and can contribute from day one.
