  • 270 bench kitchen is a restaurant that focuses on lunch service.
  • Employment would be a day shift Tuesday to Saturday. We are closed Sunday and Monday

- REQUIRED SKILLS -

  • Experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
  • Passionate about good food and good service
  • Excellent team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have availability throughout the week and on weekends
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • A successful candidate requires good time management and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Adhere to the businesses food programs and standards by following the recipes and standards set out by the Manager.
  • Completing checklists and schedules to help monitor inventory and ensure food safety and quality standards are being followed.
  • Aid in customer service as needed
  • Maintain a sanitary and clean kitchen and prep space that meet 270 bench kitchen standards.
  • Ensure readiness for service by having all mise en place completed and stocked before, during and after service.
  • Dishwashing and general kitchen organization.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager as the day progresses
  • Helping to develop daily feature sandwiches, soups and take-home meals
