At 900 Degrees Bistro you will learn traditional Italian wood-fired cooking techniques and recipes using the highest quality fresh ingredients.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking meals, and ensuring that all food safety standards are met while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
