As part of the kitchen team, your primary responsibility is to complete food orders in a timely and efficient manner. You must be able to follow Ajisen’s standardized processes to ensure high food quality and consistency.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

• Prior experience making ramen a plus.

Skills and Qualifications

• Food handler or equivalent certifications is a plus
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player

• Prepare all served food by following recipes and presentation specifications
• Food prep as needed
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and maintain kitchen/station in practicing good safety and sanitation, including daily cleaning of cooking equipment.
• Operate an industrial dishwasher when necessary
